Experiment : Image Lingo Video Filter : Video Filter II (2001)
Often you see filters that distort an image in space. But this filter is different because it creates a distortion in time. Every frame of a video is a little step in time. Because the step in time is very small the difference between two proceeding frames is very small. At least when the camera, or the objects that you're filming, aren't moving very fast. Knowing this you can use it to create interesing effects.
